To strengthen our team “Medizin & Prevention” at our headquarters in Mainz, we are looking for one/n at the next time and in full time physiotherapists / Health Prevention Specialist (m/w/d)* In this role you support the health, performance and prevention of employees through physiotherapeutic measures, ergonomic advice and occupational health services. At the same time, you work with the development and support of digital health solutions. Are you passionate about health and digital solutions? Your duties Implementation of physiotherapeutic treatments and individual health advice for employees, mainly in orthopaedic complaints Conducting prevention courses, ergonomics lectures and group workshops on ergonomics at work Implementation of movement and health programmes as well as job visits Close cooperation with the Werksärzt:internal and operational health management to develop comprehensive health solutions Participation in the occupational physician ambulance (e.g. first aid in emergency cases) and independent implementation of function diagnostics such as hearing, vision and lung function tests Support, administration and development of digital health applications Identification of new trends and technologies in health and prevention Working in cross-departmental health and digitization projects Your profile Completed training for physiotherapist with several years of professional experience Experience in manual therapy Additional qualifications, such as ergonomics or back school at work, are a real plus Ideally experience in occupational health management, in occupational medicine or prevention, ergonomics at work Emergency medical experience would be ideal, but no need; as an alternative, the willingness to continue training as an employee (which we of course pay) would be important Affinity for digital applications and IT-assisted processes in the healthcare sector and interest in the care of our occupational medical software Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, medical professionals and other interfaces Good German knowledge (at least B2), English skills are advantageous Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
