You can recruit HR and act as a pulsator and converter for forward-looking HR topics in the specialist departments entrusted to you Managers in the department focus on your expertise and support in all personal questions You know the current and future personnel needs as well as skills in your specialist departments, trade on the basis of figures, data and facts and shape the path to the future together with the relevant stakeholders. In addition to strategic topics, you are also strong in the operational areas and love to optimize and digitize processes You are interested in special topics in the HR sector and take these responsible and independent
