You lead and develop a team of currently 5 colleagues from recruiting and personnel development, as well as special personnel acquisitions and retention in the rescue service You take the overall control of your area and optimize processes, interfaces and processes in your area of responsibility You advise executives in the NRW region on personnel development measures and talent management instruments and tax annual development planning Together with your team, you design and coordinate training, development and team development programs you are responsible for the coordination of employee surveys, including evaluation and action management you implement employer branding measures to strengthen employer attractiveness plan and tax targeted measures for the recovery and binding of employees in the rescue service

You will process procedures for operational integration management (BEM) and advise participants in the representation of the BEM representative NRW You develop KPIs and success criteria for Strateg. PE&OE and make effect measurable You strengthen a culture based on our Christian self-understanding – with impulses for diversity, respect and psychological security

Complete studies (e.g. business psychology, BWL with focus on staff, pedagogy) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the fields of our strateg. PE/OE NRW Good knowledge of modern personal instruments, HR processes and basic labour law (required) Funded project management experience, OKR knowledge are a plus leadership experience – You give orientation, encourage and promote, and stay human Analytical and strategic thinking as well as digital skills and joy in continuous development Impressed communication strength, persuasion and enforcement, deed, conflict resolution competence and empathy High consulting competence and service orientation Identification with our values and objectives as a Catholic aid organization
