independent processing of national and international payment orders, including transfers, direct debits and cheques.

First contact for customer requests for cashless payment, account management and card services.

Implementation of account openings and closures as well as maintenance of customer data and online banking settings.

Active cooperation in the further development of digital payment processes and the optimization of internal processes.

Ensure compliance with regulatory rules, such as money laundering prevention and data protection.

A completed training as a banking businessman or a comparable qualification in the financial sector.

Professional experience in payment or similar banking is advantageous.

Good knowledge of common banking systems and safe handling of MS Office.

High service orientation, care, communication strength and interest in digital processes.

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English skills are of advantage.
