Acceptance, testing and structured processing of complaints Address with the respective specialist departments for the clarification of causes and backgrounds Development of short-term solutions for acute problems Development of suggestions for improvement for recurring sources of error Building and further development of simple, practical quality assurance processes Documentation of complaints, measures and results Support in the introduction of clear processes, responsibilities and standards Following agreed measures and assessing their effectiveness awareness of employees' quality and process issues

Professional experience in quality assurance, complaint management, process optimization or a comparable function A good understanding of operational processes and cooperation between different departments A structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic manner Strength of communication and the ability to act effectively and legally even on difficult issues Joy in questioning things, recognizing causes and raising improvements Own initiative and sense of responsibility Safe handling of common office applications Ideally experience with documentation, error analysis or simple quality management systems
