Legal and notary assistant, notary assistant or notary specialist (m/w/d)

Our law firm is located in the centre of Münster and consists of 3 lawyers and notaries as well as 13 employees and understands itself as a competent, modern and creatively thinking service provider in matters of law, with the notary activity being a focus of our law firm. To strengthen our Notariat team, we are looking for a dedicated and qualified person at the next possible time Senior Consultant (m/w/d) full time. Parttime work is not excluded.

Its main focus is on independent work in all notarial areas of activity (especially in real estate and building law, company law and inheritance law) in close cooperation with the notaries. Your versatile and varied activities include all steps from preparation of the notarial document to its complete processing and preparation of the notarial cost accounting. As part of your activity, you work independently in an open team and have direct client contact.

You have a completed training for the lawyer and notary staff, for the notary staff or for the notary specialist. They ideally have a multiannual professional experience in this area - however, qualified professionals are also welcome. They are characterized by an independent, responsible, reliable and team-oriented way of working. You have the pleasure of direct communication with the clients.
