Lead Product Manager * - Agent Platform (m/f/d)

You are responsible for developing and implementing your teams' vision, strategy and roadmap. You work closely with the Head of Product and Engineers on the planning and implementation of the roadmaps to ensure a seamless product experience. You run a team of Product Managers (deine Direct Reports) as well as Engineers, and are responsible for the entire Product Life Cycle from the requirement detection to the application. You keep the strategic view of the product and manage the complex technical aspects of the platform. You manage the implementation of business goals with a pragmatic, customer-oriented approach to product development. You take the performance reviews of your team members and support them in recruiting.

You bring many years of experience as Product Manager (m/w/d) with B2B SaaS applications and was able to gain first leadership experience. You have worked with interdisciplinary teams from the fields of engineering, product design and business operations in an agile environment. You are experienced in dealing with technical-complex products with a business and customer-oriented way of thinking. You are proactive, feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and have the resilience to deal with changes and uncertainties. You bring fluent German and English knowledge.
