· Acquisition & Support: Responsibility for high-quality sales mandates in the investment segment. · Network building: Sustainable anchoring and expansion of the network to owners, investors and market participants in Berlin. · Transaction management: structuring and controlling off-market and on-market transactions from acquisition to acquisition Notary appointment. · Evaluation & positioning: Professional evaluation and market-oriented positioning of investment properties. · Area building: Active participation of processes, strategies and standards for PlanetHome Investments.

· Track Record: At least 3 years of professional experience in the investment business or in the placement of residential and commercial premises. · Market network: Reliable access to owners, investors, project developers or family offices. · Sales strength & negotiation skills: High self-motivation, final strength and pleasure in the acquisition. · Entrepreneur-Mindset: Lust auf Designenspielraum – if a process is not yet in the manual, you will recognize the chance to make things better.
