Deputy Managing Director f/d/m

The task of the deputy management is to contribute to the strategic development of the foundation program, the foundation projects and the foundation network in cooperation with the current management.

We are looking for a socially engaged personality with Control and leadership competence Strategic vision and competence, early action gaps and possibilities of action Design power Sensitivity for Discrimination and Democratic Culture Integrity and reliability Communication capability in the multi-level political system Cooperation the ability to take position and to moderately interpret conflicts Research findings Competence for process moderation Result orientation excellent expression in word and writing as well as the ability to speak convincingly publicly. We wish: long-standing leadership experience in social inclusion and/or democratic culture Experiences with practice, science and administration in the foundations Field experiences in media and art as well as vocational education for young people democratie-relevant knowledge in the AI field Know-how in international cooperation and knowledge of English operational expertise Confidence with the conditions of action of a non-profit GmbH.
