We are looking for you in full or part-time as a personnel officer (m/w/x).

Monthly fee billing: Together with your team, you are responsible for carrying out the monthly fee billing within the expert group. Administrative support: You accompany our employees throughout the employment relationship, from the creation of the employment contract to the exhibition of certificates. In addition, you are responsible for electronic reporting and certification. Data analysis and reporting: You create personal-relevant evaluations and statistics with the help of Excel. Process optimization: You bring innovative ideas to improve our HR processes and contribute to continuous further development.

You have completed commercial training, ideally complemented by further training in the human resources sector. You have good knowledge of pay billing and first relevant professional experience in staff administration. You are familiar with the basics of labour law. You control MS Office applications (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) at a very good level. You have excellent written communication skills in human resources. You are characterized by service orientation and a high sense of responsibility.
