You have a computer science or media technology degree and multi-year leadership experience in IT and media technology teams as well as in complex transformation projects You have well-founded cloud technology knowledge and great experience with infrastructure as code tools, such as PowerShell, Terraform and GitLab You have a strong ITSM experience according to ITIL, know incident, problem and change management and ideally own an ITIL certification You bring multi-year project management experience in the TV, streaming and media sector and know broadcast technologies and live production challenges You have strong leadership skills with change management experience, strategy development and support cross-functional teamwork You speak fluently German and English (C1 level), have a hands-on mentality and convey technical topics in all contexts
