The process and service provider management team for used vehicles and customer centers is responsible for the central planning and control of all transport, storage and evaluation processes as well as capacities and service providers of all product categories in the market Germany. We design and develop holistic processes and the service provider strategy for Customer Care (CC+Used) and implement it in Germany and taking into account European challenges. In addition, we take over the governance function for all topics related to our service provider management.
