Total responsibility for operating hotel operations with a focus on logistics and economic performance Leadership, motivation and further development of a dedicated team and development of a sustainable leadership culture Support and further development of a modern R&B concept Responsibility for budget planning, forecasts, cost control and continuous optimization of relevant key figures Control of occupancy, rate strategy and operational processes in close cooperation with Revenue Management and other central areas Optimization of existing processes and introduction of efficient, digital methods Active participation of future projects around digitalization, automation and innovative guest services Ensuring high guest satisfaction and sustainable economic development of the house
