Reducing the Bank’s default risk by:

targeted customer response (telephone and written) Developing meaningful restructuring measures to return the loan and support the customer consultation and decision-making with external service providers to implement suitable measures Further correspondence with customers and representatives (including lawyers, debt counselling)

A completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant for office management or lawyers Ideally practical experience in the field of debt management, forced execution or insolvency (no compelling requirement) Communication strength and negotiation skills in word and writing Self-employed and reliable operation
