EDL Service Manager (m/f/d)

You take over the full commercial support of your associated EDL projects from the handover to the commercial operation You carry out project calculations, prepare investments and operating costs and align yourself with Group Accounting You will start economic plans as well as annual after-calculations including revision report (Soll-/Ist-Comparation and Analysis) You analyze project costs and revenues to identify deviations and economic optimization potentials You are responsible for the economic performance of your projects and ensure compliance with defined returns and earnings targets You work together with the legal department to develop individual contractual solutions and contractual arrangements for EDL customers You support the extension of existing EDL projects and early contractual adjustments in coordination with project developers and retention managers You process complex customer and specialist enquiries with economic and legal background and explain disputes together with the corporate lawyers You develop legal pricing formulas and price slip clauses You initiate the registration of basic services and secure the contractual security of the assets You document project-specific and professional content structured in the intended systems You ensure the legal, regulatory and contractual performance of all assigned tasks

You have a degree (e.g. Business/Administration Academy, Professional Academy, Bachelor) or a comparable qualification You bring first professional experience (1–2 years), ideally in the commercial project or contract environment You have a high business understanding, especially in the areas of project calculation, investment calculation and project controlling You have experience in costing as well as offering and contract creation in the context of complex EDL projects You work analytically, independently, structured and responsible You are able to evaluate complex economic and legal issues and to derive targeted conclusions You have an affinity for data analysis, cost and revenue structures as well as reporting You'll be safe with the current MS‐Office programs

This body is remunerated with the remuneration group 10 in accordance with the collective agreement for utilities (TV-V). This corresponds to a gross annual salary of around 63,000 – 81,000 euros (depending on professional experience and qualification).
