Training: Complete vocational training as a mechanic, industrial mechanic, locksmith, precision mechanics, process mechanic for coating technology or in a related metalworking profession

Professional experience: Influential experience in precision mechanics, manufacturing/production or industrial mechanics

Reading: Absolutely safe reading and understanding of technical drawings

IT knowledge: deepened application knowledge in handling MS-Office

Language knowledge: German language skills and advanced English skills for smooth documentation

Softskills: High level of teamwork, pronounced self-employment and an always structured working method

Over-tariff compensation according to IG Metall Standard: Same remuneration as a fixed employee from the 3rd and 6th month of use with €18.09 to €22.97 gross in the hour (grouping according to ERA 5)
