Preparation of food according to our prepared recipes while maintaining high quality standards

Organisation and preparation of buffets for our in-house events Responsibility for quality assurance during all steps of food preparation Careful implementation of our brand philosophy and continuous quality assurance Control and maintenance of stocks and correct storage and processing of fresh ingredients Compliance with all hygiene and safety guidelines (HACCP) and active contribution to the order and cleanliness in the kitchen Cooperation with the kitchen team and support in the smooth organization of the kitchen

Complete vocational training as a cook or comparable qualification and ideally experience in American cuisine Excellent quality awareness and high level of responsibility Identification with our brand and passion for high-quality ingredients and excellently prepared meals Teamability and reliability combined with the ability to stay calm and organized even in stressful moments independent and structured working with attention to detail
