The VHS TRAINING SWERK has been active in Artern since 2013 and has also developed here in a short time into a solid part of the regional structure of the training and labour market, in the active networks of the social area and youth work, and in the summer of 2023 has moved the main site to Artern and moved the new training site with the new modern workshop rooms.

Your tasks:

*Great care: They accompany, advise and support people individually in personal, social and professional questions. Promote positive learning and work behaviour and provide assistance in problems and conflict management.

• Promotion planning and documentation: They collect personal strengths and support needs and create individual funding and education plans. The ongoing updating of funding plans, performance and behaviour assessments as well as the careful documentation is also part of your tasks.
• Organization: They support organisational processes and ensure a structured implementation of the pedagogical tasks.
• Network work:** You work closely with network partners and provide further support services.
• Coordination: They are responsible for organizing team meetings, maintaining contacts with cooperation partners and public relations.

Your Skillset:

• Qualification: You have a completed study of social education, social work, social sciences or a comparable qualification (Diplom, Bachelor or Master).
• Experience: Ideally, you have experience in working with people of different social and cultural backgrounds.
• Personality: They are characterized by empathy, communication strength and a structured, independent way of working.
• Qualities: Team skills, organizational skills and network work will complete your profile.
• Digital skills: You need a secure application of office products to create the necessary reports and evaluations.
