Completed university degree (FH or University) of the Department of Architecture or Civil Engineering Expertise and at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of project and construction management as well as tendering and awarding Experience in public administration and public medium-sized and large construction projects Knowledge of HOAI and building law (BayBO, VOB, VgV, GWB) and practical experience in all relevant process steps of the project management A safe handling of ArchiCAD is assumed; BIM identifiers are desirable Flowing German Knowledge in Word and Writing (C1 level) Teamability, negotiation skills and a safe occurrence in connection with different stakeholders
