You are responsible for the maintenance, maintenance and construction of our buildings. Efficient steering ensures smooth operation of our tax credit and implement sustainable measures.

Your duties

• You take over all the facility tasks of our 9 branches and run the team administration.
• They are actively involved in the planning of necessary construction and rehabilitation measures.
• You are the central contact person* for all location-related questions and work in close coordination with the branch managers at the external locations.
• The planning, monitoring and documentation of maintenance and maintenance work for the proper operation of the buildings, such as the fire alarm system, heating or the outdoor facilities, is your responsibility.
• They work conceptually on the creation of performance descriptions for the selection of suitable craftsmen, taking into account the budget specifications and execution of the required orders.
• You take over the fleet management and the tasks from the administration department.

Your profile

• They bring a successfully completed technical training in a building-technical profession (e.g. electricians, plant mechanic for heating and air-conditioning, gas-water installer, heating or ventilation builders – m/w/d) and also have a master or technician degree as well as several years of professional experience in technical building management.
• Experience and sound knowledge in commercial and technical facility management.
• Experience in supporting construction and renovation projects.
• Ideally first leadership experience.
• Good to very good PC skills in MS Office applications. *Expressed commercial understanding as well as good judgement when commissioning specialist companies.
• High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality.
