Ensuring smooth IT operation within HR software solutions Accompanying IT projects and strategic IT planning as well as selecting and testing suitable software products and their implementation Ensuring the interface function between HR software and communicating systems Provision of prescribed evaluations full administration of the P&I LOGA and Vivendi PEP systems (in particular time recording) Support for the rollout of corresponding LOGA modules, implementation of change requests in ongoing day-to-day business and communication with the system manufacturer systematic safeguarding of data quality within human resources management Interface function for financial accounting Identification and evaluation of personal-related control data as well as setup of a dashboard to provide control-relevant information for decision-makers Implementation of application training within the Caritasverband Frankfurt e. V.

a completed training in the field of information technology, e.g. as a specialist in system integration P&I LOGA system expertise required Knowledge of the tool Vivendi PEP desirable Experience in personnel management and auditing as well as knowledge in tax and SV law Basic knowledge of accounting high consulting competence, service orientation and communication strength Structured operation
