Central contact for the customer, the employee and the branch Operational personnel management and instruction of the new staff Implementation and monitoring of compliance with the instructions Quality assurance and guarantee of service level Administrative activities Support of employees in the security service

Certified protection and security (GSSK) or higher education Insufficient professional experience as a security worker in a refugee accommodation, also with experience as a layer or object manager Ability to solve problems and conflicts Planning and organizational talent Loadability and a high degree of self-responsibility Safe handling of current MS Office programs
