Specialist for requirements and project management in the field of CT services (m/f/d)

As a specialist for requirements and project management, you take a central role in the interface between the specialist areas of KV performance and IT. You contribute your expertise in the analysis, structuring and implementation of professional requirements and contribute significantly to quality assurance and successful implementation of projects. In doing so, you are confident with complex challenges and changing framework conditions and keep an overview even in dynamic situations. You take the interface function between the specialist areas of KV performance and IT, translate technical requirements into clear technical concepts and control their implementation together with IT and specialist areas You analyse and optimise existing technical processes, identify automation potentials and develop IT expert concepts with a focus on end-to-end improvements You accompany IT audits and the implementation of PoC and MVP - from idea to go level You plan and coordinate specialist and system tests in close coordination with IT and specialist areas You document the developed processes clearly and understandably You are the first-level support for the field of expertise and are a key player in technical issues You use data and tool access (e.g. Logs/Quellcode insights after governance) for error analysis and continuous optimization You work with agile methods, soaring for efficient coordination between stakeholders and taking on perspective (part-)project responsibility

You have successfully completed your studies in business management or (economic) informatics or have a comparable degree Ideally, you have been able to gain first experience in the environment of (private) health insurance and/or performance management You bring first experience project management, ideally related to IT or process optimization projects You already had first contact points with agile methods (e.g. Scum, Kanban) and the corresponding tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence), and you are familiar with modern project management frameworks (e.g. SAFe) You have a high IT affinity and first knowledge of existing systems, interfaces and data models You bring a high affinity for digital transformation and process automation You characterize your high analytical and structured thinking skills and your distinct problem competence You convince us by your structured, pragmatic and self-responsive way of working and your targeted action You enjoy working with various departments (e.g. IT) and stakeholders in the house Your strong communication skills and team skills as well as advanced German skills in word and writing (min. C1 level) complete your profile
