Operations Manager Artisanal Food Production (m/f/d)

For a traditional, owner-managed craft bakery with affiliated confectionery, we are looking for a dedicated manager (m/w/d). For many years, the company has been synonymous with high-quality handicraft back and confectionery products and combines traditional manufacturing processes with modern structures. The production includes around 30 employees in bakery and confectionery. Perspectively, the current night shift production is to be gradually transferred to a day shift structure – an important development step that you can actively shape.

As Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the organization and control of the entire production in bakery and confectionery and for the smooth running of all production processes. Your central tasks include: Total responsibility for the organisation and control of production Leadership, motivation and further development of around 30 employees Ensuring consistently high product quality and compliance Planning and optimization of production processes, personnel deployments and capacities Active co-design of the transition from night to day Ensuring compliance with all hygiene, quality and safety standards Close cooperation with management and adjacent areas Promoting a motivating, performance-oriented work environment

Successful training as a baker and/or confectioner (m/w/d) Multiannual professional and leadership experience in a comparable craft bakery Experience in the development of new products combined with love and passion for traditional baker crafts Business thinking, strength of innovation and hands-on-centrality Strong communication and team skills
