To support our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality who has the pleasure of organizing and administrative tasks and wants to actively shape the everyday office. In this role you contribute to the efficient functioning of our internal processes.

Your tasks Office Management & Administration Support of the team in organisational and administrative activities Organisation and administration of office supplies, orders and inbox Consumption and forwarding of telephone calls Correspondence with service and craft companies, suppliers and internal contact persons:inside Coordination of the beverage supply at the location Support for location-related topics, for example: Key management, auxiliary costs, organisation of maintenance and window cleaning Coordination and coordination of external service providers, for example for repairs, courier services or the procurement of furniture Support in the planning, organisation and implementation of employee events Control of driving licences and travel books Support in the management of pool vehicles at the site Coordination of inspections, tyre changes and parking topics Sampling of the vehicle status and the organisation of cleaning when required

Current study: You are immatricated in a course of studies such as business administration, economic psychology, pedagogy, sociology or a comparable subject area Secure handling of Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and teams Interest in organisational and administrative tasks Affinity for digital working and modern office processes Independent, structured and reliable operation Embossed organisational and planning skills High service orientation and joy in working with different contact persons:inside Communication strength and professional appearance Teamability, flexibility and initiative Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
