• Keep an overview of consumables, furniture and spare parts and secure smooth reorders.
• Care for order, control and movement in the warehouse – from receipt of goods, professional storage to regular damage testing.
• Accompanying after-contractors on the premises, coordinate their activities and be a reliable contact person in daily operation.
• Document all goods movements and stocks directly and carefully in the ERP system to ensure transparency.
• bill of account for the furniture stock and inventory as a conscientious inventory officer. Your profile
• You have a completed training in the warehouse or logistics area – alternatively a technical background.
• You bring experience with ERP systems (Navision is an advantage) as well as a safe handling of MS Office.
• You have technical understanding of drawings and the processes in the warehouse as a logical system.
• Ideally you are in possession of a fork certificate.
• Your work is structured, reliable and independent – even in turbulent situations.
• You're a team player with acquiescence and convince by clear communication (very good German and solid English skills, at least. B2). You can look forward to this:
