We are looking for a team leader KI Team/ Datenmanagement (m/w/d) Your tasks You take the technical and disciplinary leadership of the AI team and promote a culture of innovation and cooperation. You are responsible for the strategic construction and further development of the KI & Data area in close coordination with the corporate strategy. You identify and implement AI & Data projects with high potential, prioritise and allocate resources. You work closely with other teams to generate new services and position us as a leading AI & Data solution provider. You develop use-case-driven AI/data solutions with the team and focus on the needs of customers and market requirements. You build partnerships in the AI sector and plead them, expand our ecosystem. You make our AI expertise visible to the outside and represent the company at conferences. You build long-term customer relationships, secure customer satisfaction and fund follow-up projects. This brings you with: You have a successfully completed degree in the field of economics, computer science or a comparable qualification with a strong focus on innovation. You have several years of professional experience in the field of AI & Data or in a related industry, ideally with leadership responsibility. You have profound knowledge of the application possibilities of AI solutions in various industries and the ability to use this knowledge to develop new business models. You will bring experience in project management, ideally in the field of innovation projects You will draw your attention through a pronounced strategic way of thinking and the ability to identify future-oriented trends You have high communication and presentation skills, persuasiveness and the ability to present complex facts in a comprehensible and convincing way.
