We are experts for IT personnel and commercial professionals in the transfer of employees and in the Service and work contract. Our customers are IT system houses, IT manufacturers and IT service providers. We are the IT service provider

For one of our renowned customers, we are looking at the Reutlingen, Heidelberg, Wörth am Rhein, Munich, Nuremberg, Ulm, Hannover, Bielefeld, Münster, Leipzig

Tasks

• Installation and configuration of terminals, as well as personalization • Implementation of IT support work based on the transmitted Service Request tickets • Transport, and provision of terminals from storage to final customer workstation • Status care and documentation in leading ticket and asset systems • Instruction of endusers

Knowledge

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification • Experiences in support or installation of notebook, desktop and mobile devices • Operating systems MS Windows (Win7 and Win10) - knowledge in the Office area (installation and basic equipment) • Experience in independent installation, repair and upgrade of hardware and software • Driving licence (class B)
