Sanitary Engineering Technician / Supply Engineering Engineer (m/f/d)

The SEF Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH plans, projects and monitors systems of technical building equipment in the areas of heating, ventilation, climate, sanitary and building automation. The Karlsruhe Engineering Office implements regional projects and focuses on energy-efficient solutions as well as alternative and regenerative energy forms. ● You work on technical building equipment projects across all phases of HOAI's performance, develop technical concepts and start planning using graphics-based calculation programs. ● You carry out technical calculations such as heating load, cooling load and heating element design, first select performance directories and check incoming offers for technical and economic plausibility. ● You monitor the implementation of the planned projects on regional construction sites, coordinate the participating engineering structures and work closely with customers, builders, specialist workers and the CAD department as a competent contact person.

● You have a successfully completed qualification as a technician in the field of sanitary or utility technology or a completed engineering degree in utility technology. ● You bring professional experience in the planning of heating, ventilation, air conditioning or sanitary projects as well as technical and organizational know-how for independent project processing. ● You have knowledge of alternative and regenerative energy forms and convince by a structured, solution-oriented and powerful way of working; Knowledge of mh software is advantageous.
