Specialist / Expert in Accounts Receivable Management (m/f/d)

As part of our financial team, you take responsibility in the operating daily business of debitor management. You support the administrative processes, work on projects and actively contribute to the further development of the department. Your tasks: You are responsible for the entire process of output calculations from creation in ERP systems to correct and timely processing. You ensure a smooth, automated billing flow and continuously develop existing processes. You monitor payment inputs, analyze deviations and keep open items in sight at any time. You carry out structured and solution-oriented OP processing as well as Mahnwesen for domestic and foreign mandates. You work closely with the legal teams, coordinate facts and create clear basis for decision-making. You act as a central interface between debitor accounting, client service, controlling and legal. You actively support monthly accounts, in particular for sales agreements and declarations. You accept the written exchange with clients in German and English. You maintain and answer master data and ensure high data quality. You design and conduct training on accounting and process-relevant topics. You are actively involved in optimizing, digitizing and making processes more efficient.

You have completed commercial training, economic studies or comparable qualifications. You have already gained professional experience in debitor management. You are safe to use the common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; first experiences with DATEV are desirable. You have experience in handling ERP systems (including MS Dynamics 365 Business Central) and the willingness to continue working on the technical and system side. You are characterized by their own initiative, team spirit and a pronounced hands-on mentality and are entitled to not only serve existing processes but actively improve them. You work structured and analytically and have a good sense of time, priorities and relationships. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
