Where does the music play? Here! In our Kita Alsterklang, the music kita of WABE. We sing, drum, play, dance. Our 115 children present the tone and the pace during our opening hours from 06:00 to 18:00. Not just musical. We also awaken their curiosity every day in the other areas of education. For this we already received the Hamburger Bildungspreis.

The rooms in our kitas are creative and learning landscapes for children and offer you the opportunity to fully develop your ideas and potential in your role as an educator/social pedagogical assistant. The concept of open pedagogy of mindfulness corresponds to our approaches to the development of children. Self-perception, self-determination, self-confidence and self-responsibility are the focus.

• Accompaniment of our crib children in the individual kitaday along our open pedagogy of mindfulness. Their work is based on the needs of the children.
• They promote the development of children's personality through work in specialized functional spaces and thus ensure a high participation.
• You are an expert in an educational focus or develop it and inspire the children with your theme.

Your skills - Our expectations

• A completed training as an educator or social pedagogical assistant/childcareer or a completed study of childhood education/social education is absolutely necessary.
• Openness, willingness to learn and teamwork as well as knowledge, experiences or interest in the field of open pedagogy of mindfulness complete your profile.
