Core tasks and responsibilities responsible for the modernization, operation, standardization and further development and adaptation of IT solutions at the site in Waldenburg. Infrastructure Modernization & Operation: Responsibility for the Stable Operation of IT Infrastructure (Server, Network, Cloud) and the Implementation of Modernization Projects. ERP and specialist applications: Ensuring the smooth operation of our ERP system (myfactory) and developing interfaces or additional functions that are not available in the standard. Application and functional development: independent design and development of smaller applications, functions or script-based solutions that serve to close process gaps (e.g. data converters, reporting tools, automations). Collaboration & M365: Administration of Microsoft 365 environment (teams, Exchange Online) and development of automation within this platform (e.g. Power Automate). IT Standards & Compliance: Development and management of binding IT standards and guidelines, taking into account industry standards Governance: Close coordination with Group IT to comply with global guidelines, joint project coordination and standardisation of systems Documentation: Creation and maintenance of technical documentation.

Required knowledge Experience with low-code platforms such as power apps or power machines. Knowledge of TISAX or ISO 27001. Knowledge in the administration of production IT/MES systems.

Professional experience: Multiannual, well-founded experience in the administration of complex IT infrastructures (ideally in the production middle class/automotive). Expert knowledge:Development & Automation: Detectable experience in the development of functions, applications or tools outside the standard ERP system with the help of scripting (PowerShell), database queries/stored procedures or similar programming approaches. ERP System & SQL: Experience in support of ERP systems (ideally myfactory) as well as very good SQL skills for queries, performance monitoring and data manipulation. M365 & Collaboration: Comprehensive and compelling knowledge in the administration and support of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft teams. Microsoft Server & Virtualization: Depth knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group policies and common virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V). Network: Secure control of TCP/IP, routing, firewalls and VPN technologies.

Governance & Communication: Understanding coordination and coordination with higher-level IT structures Language: German and good English skills.
