Coordination of the handling position including return of the equipment and proper completion of the position Monitoring and control of the workflows according to airline requirements in compliance with all safety and quality regulations Collection, documentation and transmission of all flight-relevant data in German and English Control of the PSA and the proper performance of the loading team Communication with the customer’s line of application and notification of irregularities to TL / SV Collection of information relevant to the handling prior to the start of the processing and transfer of information and tasks to the loader Walk-Out Assistance at Pushback

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage Driving licence Class B and operating licence DGR license (module M) (m/w/d) or Ramp Agent (m/w/d) Advantageous leadership qualities and communication strength Detection of qualification for a CLC via Altea Ramp Gui Detection of a completed two-day product training You are also welcome to be a cross-addresser (m/w/d) – we will form you!
