Insolvency Administrator with a focus on Final Reports & Remuneration (m/f/d)

You support our insolvency administrators in the professional processing of our insolvency proceedings, in particular as part of the termination of proceedings. On the basis of the file, you shall draw up final reports as a rule insolvency proceedings. You shall prepare the claims for compensation for the activity as (preliminary) insolvency administrator and (preliminary) insolvency administrators taking into account the current case law and literature opinions. You determine the basis for calculating the remuneration of the insolvency administrator (including the accounting documents). You support other expertise, depending on the qualification and inclination, accompanied by an experienced team.

You've completed a law degree. Alternatively, you have a commercial training and have several years of experience in the processing of insolvency proceedings. You have good Word and Excel knowledge, Winsolvenz knowledge would be desirable.You are open to new technologies and have a certain IT affinity. You are interested in bankruptcy law and understanding legal and economic relations. You have an organizational design and a careful way of working, even under time pressure.
