Where your expertise is needed Our partner real estate brokers: we are imparting sales interests, so-called leads. So that these leads can be processed efficiently and our collaboration works smoothly, we collect feedback from the brokers:into these leads.

You help us to review, evaluate and improve the processes continuously. Take the following tasks:

Quality Management: You check the in-depth feedback from our partner brokers: in accordance with internal criteria Administrative process control: You process refund and cancellation requests according to clearly defined policies and always keep an overview of the processes Data management: You are responsible for a clean and consistent data base and provide feedback and decisions to the system in a conscientious manner Model recognition: You recognize recurring vulnerabilities in the feedback data and give structured hints for further processing to our teams Process support: You bring your ideas to the further development of existing processes - always with a clear focus on practical solutions Interface communication: You answer questions about the feedback and refund process, explain inconsistencies both by phone and in writing and act as an administrative interface between broker: inside and our team Nobody's perfect: You don't bring well-founded experience yet? No problem - we work in a structured manner and develop your potential together

You are immatricated:r Student:in and like to work with data and evaluations You work structured, carefully and reliably and keep an overview of complex tasks You bring an IT affinity, find yourself quickly in digital tools and have first experiences with Excel or spreadsheet work You communicate clearly, friendly and professional - both in writing and oral - and can communicate well between different teams You have no bareness to grab the listener to clarify questions directly and desires Hands-on when there is a need for action You have very good German skills on C2 level
