Transformation Expert (m/f/d)

We are in an exciting phase of further development and are looking for a transformation expert who not only builds up our newly created transformation office (TFO), but actively controls it as a clock generator and architect. In this key role you are directly at the heart of the corporate strategy and make visions measurable and measurable. Your mission: Generate Impact Architecture & Governance: You build the transformation office and develop the structures, tools and methods that lead our projects to success. Strategic orchestration: You structure and control complex initiatives – from the first roadmap to the successful implementation of the PMO. Interface & Sparring: You act as a diplomatic bridge builder between management, departments and external partners. Transparency & Control: KPI dashboards and precise reporting keep the status quo, risks and synergies in mind. Methodology & Coaching: You work together with PMO and executives and enable the organization to proactively shape change. Decision management: You prepare decisions for Steering Committees and Management meetings so that informed decisions can be made quickly and transparently. Change culture: Together with communication, you make success visible and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Your profile: analysts with implementation strength and talent for networking Background: A successfully completed study (BWL, Management, Psychology or Natural Sciences) forms your foundation. Experience: You have several years of professional experience in (multi-)project management, in-house consulting or in strategy consulting – ideally focusing on change & transformation. Method Toolbox: You master the craftsmanship of project management Communication talent: You can bring complex facts to the point precisely and move safely at all hierarchy levels. Mindset: You work independently, structured, across-the-range and have a “Get-it-done” mentality. You see yourself as a moderator as well as a driver, and you bring the necessary endurance for long-term change processes.
