Head of Network Balancing (m/f/d)

You guide your team professionally and personally and provide regular instruction on how to work safely. You are responsible for balancing electricity and gas (MaBiS/GaBi) as well as road map management. You ensure the quality of the energy data, monitor completeness and consistency and, if necessary, determine energy-efficient substitutes. You also tax shared services and external service providers in all accounting processes. You implement statutory requirements (EnWG and energy regulations) and develop guidelines for TEN Thüringer Energienetz GmbH & Co. KG and related service providers. You will address customers to balancing and supplier exchange processes in closed distribution networks and provide energy-economic data for energy procurement as well as for the presentation of energy-economic processes in electricity and gas. In addition, you monitor specialist IKS processes, work with planning, reporting and governmental queries and actively engage in projects and working groups.

You have completed a Master's or Diploma in Business or Energy Economics (or comparable) and brings experience in employee management, motivation and knowledge transfer. You have well-founded knowledge of energy processes (including GeLiGas, GPKE, MaBiS, GaBiGas, EEG/Redispatch, KoV) as well as experience in market communication and EDIFACT data exchange. SAP SE IS-U, EDM systems (BelVis) knowledge and a safe handling of Microsoft's MS Office applications are desirable.
