Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Our recruiting team is engaged, committed and close to people. We attach great importance to offering applicants a positive and transparent candidate experience and to accompany them at eye level through the entire application process. At the same time, we work closely with the departments to really understand requirements and to find the right talents together. Open communication, short paths and a solution-oriented approach shape our daily work.

These are your tasks:

Support in the entire recruiting process, from the candidate search to the appointment organization.

Publication and optimization of job advertisements on career pages and job portals.

Active Sourcing and first contact with potential applicants.

Care of the applicant management system and management of application documents.

Coordination of interviews and preparation of appointments.

That's what makes you:

You are immatriculated at a university or university, preferably in an economic, social or spiritual study course, psychology or a comparable subject.

You are interested in personal themes and ideally bring the first practical experience in recruiting.

You can communicate and convince by a friendly and professional appearance.

You are sure to go with MS Office; first experience with recruiting tools or applicant management systems (Workday) is beneficial.

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English skills are a plus.
