Administrative support of the project team, including document management, collection and control of receipts, logging, correspondence

Project and data management via digital platforms and storage

General office organization and correspondence

Coordination of meetings, appointments and deadlines

You have completed a commercial training or a comparable qualification and at least 3 years relevant professional experience

They have a safe appearance, convince with great commitment and a proactive and independent way of working

You have very good German skills and know very well with MS Office

Ideally you have experience in the construction industry
