This full-time agency includes a wide range of responsibilities relating to the contract management of aircraft sales, the handling of legal risks and the preparation of commercial and legal documentation. In this global environment, you work with customers and financial institutions and are critically involved in achieving Airbus' financial goals and ensuring the smooth handling of aircraft deliveries. Your main tasks include: Management of legal risks related to aircraft deliveries. Analysis and management of the sales contract (Sales Purchase Agreement). Preparation and implementation of the transfer of Title (property transfer) of aircraft. Calculation of the final aircraft price, accounting and collection of payments. Representation of the company at official and social events with international customers. Monitoring and management of exceptions such as delays or payment delays. Efficient cooperation with customers and financiers worldwide.

Complete Bachelor degree in Business Informatics, Economic Engineering, Business Administration or International Management. 2 years of professional experience in contract management. English language skills. Experience in dealing with English-speaking contracts. Knowledge in MS Excel and Google Workspace. Good skills in data analysis and structuring. Experience in customer transition at international level.
