The main tasks are accounting. No balance sheet bookings have to be made.

• Creating lists in the system

• Booking of receipts in the system

• Input invoices in the system

• Transfer of invoices

• Processing of mails, handling of correspondence and inbox processing

• Own and independent organization of administrative processes

• Dealing with daily and monthly turnover

• scanning of documents

• Further tasks corresponding to the work area

• You ideally have a commercial training

• Accountant basics of necessities, understanding of accounting tasks must be present

• You have at least two years of professional experience in office

• You have fun in repeating tasks as well as working with numbers

• You have motivation to acquire necessary knowledge and skills

• You have a high level of commitment, communication joy and team orientation

• safe handling of common MS Office applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word
