Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

You assume the overall technical responsibility for the integration of the msg.Insurance Suite from architecture planning to productive introduction to our customers or in internal test environments As a technical project management, you take responsibility for our customer projects and standard test clients, bring architecture visions to life and ensure that innovations come into practice safely, sustainably and economically As an interface between development and customer, you drive the requirement management ahead, tune technical solutions with the standard development and ensure quality You design and guide implementation work, coordinate technical work packages around IT architecture, delivery and operation, and keep the focus on scalability, security and long-term wartability As a central technical contact, you accompany our customers and internal teams and bring your expertise into cross-component tasks from container orchestration to SOA integration Together with your colleagues, you actively shape the future of our product: Your suggestions for improvement on architecture, processes and tools are directly integrated into the further development of the msg.Insurance Suite

You have completed a study of (economic) informatics, mathematics, natural sciences or comparable training You bring well-founded practical experience in IT projects with technical management responsibility You feel safe in the technological ecosystem of modern Java Enterprise solutions: from Jakarta EE, Spring and Maven to CI/CD with Jenkins to cloud natives such as Kubernetes, Helm-Charts and OIDC-based security concepts; Basic knowledge of integration architectures (e.g. ESB, API management) complete your profile You think entrepreneurial: You translate technical requirements into economically viable business cases and meet sound decisions weighing quality, time and resources You convince by clear communication, sovereign appearance towards customers, pronounced self-initiative and joy in successful teamwork on complex systems You are happy to deal with new technologies and AI-based tools and develop them together with us
