Project management: You control innovative transformation projects in the fields of data management and CRM, which form the basis for the success of our future. Roadmap and Delivery: You are responsible for the Roadmap and the Data-Warehouse-Delivery Process for the German market and aligns it closely with the group requirements. System introduction: You support the introduction of the Microsoft Data Warehouse and the CRM system – two essential elements of our policy strategy. System care and migration: You take care of the maintenance of existing systems and plan the migration to the corporate solution – always with an eye on efficiency and sustainability. Center of competence: You build a center of competence for BI systems and lead it for the next two years – a key role for the further development of our systems. Team leadership: You take over the leadership of our Data, BI and CRM team in Germany and actively contribute your know-how. Stakeholder coordination: You co-ordi­nate and tax different stakeholders within the group structure and ensure a harmonic interaction between all stakeholders. Innovation management: You develop and implement innovative AI initiatives and thus provide future-oriented solutions.

Experience: You bring many years of experience in data management, business intelligence and CRM. Transformation management: You have already conducted transformation projects in the field of data and ideally in the CRM. Project management: You have a well-founded practice in project management and have already taxed external partners as well as product owners in international teams. Technological expertise: Ideally, you know the Microsoft Data Warehouse and CRM systems. Language skills: You speak German and English fluently – both in communication with colleagues (m/w/d) and in project coordination. Communication capability: You are a communication talent and manage stakeholder management at all levels. Organisational strength: Your work is streamlined and solution-oriented and you always keep the overview, even in complex projects.
