Development and construction of tools and equipment focusing on silicone technology Creation and maintenance of 3D CAD models and technical drawings (Autodesk Inventor) Development of existing tool concepts and optimization of tool solutions Support for product development and industrialization projects with regard to tool design and feasibility Establishment and further development of tool competence and standardization of methods and guidelines Assessment of new tool technologies and support for decreases, initial sampling and series approaches Technical support for external tool builders and control of tool projects in terms of quality, costs and dates

completed studies in mechanical engineering, production engineering, plastics technology or comparable technical qualification; alternative technical training with corresponding further training Multiannual professional experience in the design of tools, equipment or special machines Experience in the industrial production environment and in the management of technical projects Very good knowledge of the 3D CAD design with Autodesk Inventor Knowledge of tool design and understanding of manufacturing and industrialization processes Safe handling of technical drawings, specifications and design guidelines Good MS Office and English skills; Knowledge of tool simulation is advantageous Analytical, structured and independent working methods, communication strength and readiness for regular national and international missions Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
