Truck Dispatch Employee (m/f/d)

You are responsible for weighing parcels, all liquid supply and sales, as well as the valuables to be disposed of in compliance with all legal regulations. During truck handling, you take over the check of freight papers, create accompanying papers, collect data and instruct drivers. Your tasks include the creation of access and sales tours, booking of goods and exits and document management. You work across departments and ensure a smooth running of all processes. In case of accidents and damages, You shall ensure and document compliance with the reporting chain. Your field of activity is rounded off by creating visitor IDs and short-term parking cards as well as carrying out control tours.

You have completed vocational training and ideally bring at least two years of professional experience. Your technical understanding and the safe application of MS Office and SAP are yours. Your strengths include sense of responsibility, team skills and courteous appearance. You work independently, are well organized and bring the willingness to shiftwork. Communication capability, reliability and enforcement capability complete your profile.
