As a shift manager, you take over the leadership and further development of a multi-headed shift team. You are responsible for planning and ensuring a smooth production process. Control the processes from raw material, processing to packaging our potato products and hand them over to our freezers. You always keep an eye on the most important key figures and use them to continuously optimize the production process and ensure high product quality. Together with the Maintenance & Maintenance department, you ensure the continuous operational readiness of the machines and equipment in your production area. You are responsible for compliance with the applicable safety/quality/ and hygiene standards.

You have a training in the food industry as well as a further education on the technician/master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the food industry and in staff management. You convince by their positive appearance, communication strength, team spirit and the ability to motivate people in the environment. You are also safe in handling IT applications.
