• Control and monitor various machines and production plants
• Make sure the machines run smoothly and minor disturbances are eliminated
• Work in 3-shift operation to ensure a productive process
• Conduct regular quality controls
• Bring your own ideas and improve production processes

We are looking for

• Ideally, first experience in machine operation, but also transverse beginners are welcome
• Technical understanding and careful working
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system
• Reliability and team capability
• Good knowledge of German
