You treat our customers both technically and commercially and ensure a holistic and service-oriented customer relationship. You complete and monitor customer projects and ensure a smooth process. You are planning and updating our ERP system with all process-relevant information and you will automatically make adjustments for deviations or changes. You negotiate and tune dates with our customers. You accept customer complaints, and you will receive comments in coordination with quality management, production and team management. You organize and coordinate internal print recordings as well as customer visits and dates.

You have a completed training as a media designer or a comparable training in the printing industry. Ideally, you bring knowledge of packaging printing (especially gravure printing) and have extensive experience in dealing with customers and their care. You can certainly communicate in English. You like to work in the team, go on tasks independently and structured and also show organisational talent, customer orientation, friendliness and reliability in stressful situations. You have good PC and MS Office skills.
