in our branch North Bavaria in Nuremberg. Our department “bau” is responsible for the maintenance of the building stock of the Nordbayern branch. From refurbishment to modernization to refurbishment of new buildings and construction entertainment, you will find exciting projects in our department and the opportunity to participate in them.

Project control for building maintenance in our motorway masters (including service buildings and apartments, various factory and warehouses) and in the branch area for PWC facilities and cable houses on the motorways (focus in the performance phases 5 to 8 HOAI) Support for the determination of requirements for the preparation of new building dimensions settlement of construction measures including creation of cost determinations, schedules and cost control Development of rehabilitation concepts and implementation of damage recovery Support of the contracted construction companies or Engineering projects Creation of performance directories for smaller construction measures

Complete university studies in the field of architecture or civil engineering (preferably with the focus on building) or comparable expertise, qualifications and experience Experience in the planning, construction preparation and execution of construction measures Knowledge of procurement and contract law Very good German language skills in word and writing (min. level C1 by GeR/CEFR) Driving licence Class B and the readiness to service That would be desirable: Knowledge of iTWO and SAP CAD knowledge Your personal strengths include: Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement Strategic, economic and holistic thinking and action Happy work in the team
