The position shall be given in the course of direct and full-time placement. Piening staff stands for quality and service in the staff service and considers both customers and employees as partners at eye level.

• You are training and motivating the agents and so cares for professionally advised and satisfied customers - your sales trainings are specialized in upselling, cross selling and final strength. When designing your trainings, you have a free hand - you accompany the on-boarding of the new employees and prepare them for sales talks by means of conversation and objection treatment - The regular evaluation of the KPIs per agent shows you where further training needs exist

• Professional experience as a Sales Trainer (m/w/d) brings you with - desirable it is if you were allowed to gain experience as a Call Center Agent - you can make your training exciting and interactive - working with MS Office applications and CRM software does not cause any problems. Call Center systems aren't quite strange to you - you're ready to work both at Kleve (80%) and Krefeld (20%)
